Ultra Liner Li301 Black Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

This eyeliner is pretty waterproof, but the downsides are that it's very tricky to apply and hard to make look nice. After wearing it a few hours it cracks. Also can be flaky. But stays on when your wet.
