Works great, but is a strong spray. I had success for myself, but not so much for my three year old. He had a bad cold and I bought him his own spray bottle, yet the stream was so strong it gave him a bloody nose. He is freaked out by the sight of any nose spray... Come to find out there is a child's version, that is gentle.
