For years my nails were thin and brittle and would peel quite easily. A friend recommended this base coat and suggested doing the week long treatment to try and improve my nail strength. After the first week of treatment there was a noticeable improvement in my nails (no more peeling!) and after the second week it was if my nails had never been weak to begin with. Now I use two coats as a base coat for every manicure and my nails still look great. Highly recommend this product.
