Nature's Bounty Natural B-12 Sublingual Vitamin 2500mcg, Tablets

I bought this product atleast a year ago when it was buy one get one free at CVS and I still have a whole bottle left bc they didn't seem to improve my energy nor curb my anxiety or nervousness and I took them constantly cause they actually taste pretty good for a sublingual but I felt no difference .
