After baking, the pizza dough had a crisp outside and soft inner texture. I even pulled it off the pizza and dipped it into marinara sauce - it's that dee-lish. It's loaded with goodness that you wouldn't normally like to eat (like green and red peppers, onions, olives). This is one of the few times that I served up pizza and told our daughter it's good for her!
