Breakstone's Small Curd 2% Milkfat Lowfat Cottage Cheese

My second choice for cottage cheese since it can be purchased in 3lb tubs at Sam's Club. The curds are a reasonably small but the consistency has some liquid. I like the taste overall but wish the texture were more firm.
